"The property doesn't have any parking or area for luggage drop off. No luggage carts for help. The check in system is not helpful. The check in staff was not helpful or happy to help. The key card system is awful, your card is only good for your assigned floor, you can't help others and they can't help you if your hands are full and your key card is not out. The hallways are dark, the rooms are tiny ."

"Clean rooms. We had two rooms, one of which had a view of the alley behind the property. Not a big deal for us as we were staying only one night and after check in, returned to the room late. Rooms had enough space to be comfortable and were clean and well organized. I booked the rooms over two months ago and it would have been convenient for them to be at least on the same floor but they were two floors apart."

The entire staff was able to recommend local places to visit and partake of the Seattle area. A very pleasant place to stay. The hotel is also centrally located and allowed for day trips around the waterfront and downtown area via easy walking distance."
