"We had a great stay, breakfast was a nice bonus"

"Love the fact that the room and the place in general was clean and not dated. The only negative is that you could hear lots of noice from other rooms and bed was not firm. Breakfast was included but we did not eat there so not sure how it was. Over all we had a great stay, 100% recommended."

"I loved the old school vibe and that this place appears to be family owned! It was clean and comfortable. I’d stay again. Can’t beat the location!"

"It was next to all the parks and springs. It was ideal for a weekend getaway. Also, the beds were comfortable and tools cool over the summer."

"I loved the charm and nostalgia! It was very conveniently located and I loved walking everywhere and leaving my car parked. I wasn't excited about street parking and so I was delighted that the parking behind the building was very convenient! The room was a little snug but we loved our stay and the snacks provided by the host. We definitely would stay again! "

"Hotel is very clean (both our room and the common areas), and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. Free breakfast had nice savory & sweet options. Outdoor pool and hot tub were clean. Parking lot is well lit, however finding a spot can be tricky if you return late in the evening during peak tourist times. Location is within close walking distance of Glenwood Caverns and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. This is our second stay at this hotel, and we'll certainly be back! "
