"We had the best experience booking our stay here :) our balcony had a clear view of the pyramids and we got everything we ever asked for within 30 minutes; there are many frustrating parts of Egypt but thankfully we had the staff of this hotel to help us every step of the way, they were honest and kind and we felt so lucky for staying here over another place. "In Egypt for business and booked a room with a view of the Pyramids as the only criteria. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is overlooking the Pyramids. Front staff was very helpful in organizing transport for my meetings. I can only recommend this hotel and its friendly staff and I will be back for a vacation with my family at this same hotel again. "
