"The valet and front desk staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful, really created a welcoming environment. The overnight parking is a little pricey, but they took good care of our car and offered a speedy retrieval when needed. Parking in the area is limited, and while there is some street parking, wasn’t sure it was secure enough for an overnight. The hotel amenities were wonderful. "This property was more than I expected for the price I paid. The room was very clean and showers were hot the way I like them. The air conditioner worked well enough to keep the room cool. The main hallways can use come carpet care and air freshener but for the price its a minor detail. I would recommend this place to people passing through and just need some where to sleep for the night. "

"The Chase is a grand hotel in a lovely area of St. Louis. It’s away from the bustle of downtown but close to the attractions of Forest Park and the restaurants of Clayton. It’s quite simply the best hotel in the city—and one of the best in the Midwest."

"We always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me! A special thank you to Roxie!"
