La ubicación es buena, se encuentra dentro de un edificio que comparte instalaciones con otros hoteles y con Casas. La accesibilidad para llegar es buena y fácil. Para pagar el impuesto de la ciudad te piden que se haga en efectivo.

El edificio es muy ruidoso no hay elevador y tampoco es fácil de encontrar, buena opción si te gusta caminar mucho. Estuvimos 5 noches y no cuentas con limpieza incluso tuvimos que sacar muestra propia basura. Hay muchos aspectos que podrían mejorar.!

Only downside was breakfast, which was a croissant and english type of breakfast. I was expecting a buffet. Other than that, really clean, nice rooms, perfect location and super nice and helpful service ⭐️

The location is incredible, a very easy walk to the heart of Sorrento which is exactly what we were looking for. But the host experience could have been better. Self-check in process was not easy and involved going through their desk, trading videos like a point and click escape room, which left us confused and frustrated after a day of travel. Room service cleaning did not knock and ignored the do not disturb sign during one of the mornings. The bathroom needed some maintenance with chipped paint in the shower and the water wasn’t properly draining. We did not see the host until the day we checked out. Location was incredible, air conditioning was great, pillows were amazing, bedding was comfy and clean, it was a room in a city we wanted to visit and spend time in. Next time we will be going somewhere else. If circumstances had been different this would have been an incredible stay, but sadly it fell short.

Great room located very close to the Main Street in Sorrento. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided body wash and shampoo, few basic tea / coffee. Big breakfast included at one of the cafes close by. Definitely recommend!!

This was a great stay. We are adventurous people so the room isn’t always a big priority but this was great. Large enough we weren’t cramed in there. AC (works OK), nice shower, balcony with places to air dry clothes, coffee, fridge (not very cold), comfy, firm bed, 4 pillows. The location is great. Very close to town and Main Street but very quiet and away from the bustle. There are markets on the corner for water and essentials and laundromat just around the corner as well. Our host went above and beyond for us and answered all questions. Breakfast is just down the road at a cafe and is very yummy. We would stay here again!

Não se trata de um hotel. São apartamentos individuais e vc precisa fazer contato com a anfitriã para combinar o horário de entrada e receber as chaves. Mas ela foi incrível conosco: muito simpática, prestativa e educada. O quaró é maravilhoso: muito limpo, moderno, amplo, confortável e com todas as comodidades necessárias. Além disso, a anfitriã nos presenteou com cupons para café da manhã em uma cafeteria incrível. Detalhe importantíssimo: Fica a poucos passos da principal rua da cidade, onde tudo acontece. Recomendo mesmo! Nossa estadia foi excelente!

The room was sufficient and the amenities were okay but when we arrived there was no hot water and the challenge was trying to communicate with the staff. We felt we need to take it to harassment level before we got a response. They told us they would communicate when they addressed the issue but they didn’t. For example when we returned home after our day to take a shower the water was still cold and they almost did not believe us. Finally they agreed to have their technician come and test the system and learned it wasn’t fixed. After an hour we turned on the water and learned it wasn’t fixed fixed but they never reached out and informed us. During this experience we contacted Expedia who were more than helpful and offered a bit of compensation. We would have rated this place 4.5 star if it was for this hot water issue and the lack of communication.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Vittoria Rooms. Giuseppe was a great host, rooms were spacious, modern and finished to a high standard and we were a couple of minutes walk into Sorrento Main Street. I’d recommend this was a great place to stay to explore the Amalfi coast!

Really nice place to stay. Guiseppe is really friendly and recommends you places to visit or things to do. Also if you need help with anything, you just have to message him and he helps. Recommend staying there.

We loved our stay here. Everything is walkable and it's at the end of the strip, so it's still quiet at night. The breakfast was probably the best buffet I've ever experienced, and wish we would have stayed longer. Everything felt safe and secure, and the staff were lovely. They were quick to respond when we had questions. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient walking time to the port, train station and main town square. The breakfast room was fabulous...very elegant with lovely choices. We would most definitely stay here again.Kudos to our Host Giuseppe. He was very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were perfect and very clean and modern. The bathroom had a nice large shower and the room had AC. We were able to use the Hotel next door to have a fabulous buffet breakfast each morning. Giuseppe was very kind and answered all our questions. The hotel was walkable to town, restaurants and the port. The train was about a 15 minute walk but you can take a cab from the station.

The room was ok. Finding the place was very difficult since it was up an ally and there was no sign on the building. It looked like an apartment that was converted into a tiny hotel on the 2nd floor. We were told that the WiFi was being fix the day we arrived but it was never available for the 3 nights we stayed there. When we ask about it it, Carlos said it wasn’t fixed but could you open the door for someone that locked themselves out of the building. We only saw Carlos when we checked in and he gave us some good and some bad info about Sorrento. The room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay but we were able to get additional towels and cafe from the unlocked closest in the office area. It was close to the main tourist areas but I would recommend staying at a real hotel or Airbnb if you want amenities and better service.
