  • Brezza Marina is a holiday home with unique and authentic character located in the heart of the historic center of Sorrento. It is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the street, preserving a typical charm but without giving up the comforts of a modern home. Complete with two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one service bathroom, lounge area with kitchen, you can take advantage of Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in all the rooms and is complete with sheets and towels.

    The Space

    Typical apartment of the historic center of Sorrento but furnished in a modern style, it can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with:

    Guest Access

    Our traditional Sorrento Apartment is located in a very safe area in Sorrento Old Town. The apartment is set on the ground and first floor, however there is no elevator which is also very rare to find in other buildings located in this area. You will have complete private access to the property and there are also no shared areas or common spaces with other guests.

    Other details to note

    Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

    • Cleaning fee: 80€ total per stay

    • City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

    • Late Check In: 50€ from (7pm - Midnight)

    Damage and Incidentals

    You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    Parking

    We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.

In the center of the Sorrento shopping\restaurant district. Area felt very safe. Ten minute walk to the Marina. Host communicated very well.

Flavia was our local host and she met us for check in. She was very responsive with any communication during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was incredible, right in the middle of the little streets with restaurants and shops, closer to the viewpoints and the elevator down to the beaches. The apartment also had a washer and a line outside the window for drying clothes which was a bonus! Highly recommend this beautiful place!

The property is cute and clean except some black mold in the kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 flights of steps in the apartment and no living room. Great location.

Before I even got there, I knew this was going to be a wonderful place. Stefania, the property manager is so attentive and assisted with travel arrangements. Sonia, the owner was there to greet . Such a warm and clean home and would definitely go back.ownewasthete to greet driverd.

2 nights in Sorrento

The location is perfect - short walk from the lift to the port, and an excellent restaurant - Gnocchi - directly across the alleyway, with a ton more on the nearby cross street. To be fair, I was VERY tired when we checked in, as my friend had recently broken her ankle. I thought that we would be met for check-in, but it was a self check-in with a lockbox instead. Rafaelle did connect with us via Whatsapp and walked me thru how to access the keys, which key went with the lock, and how to turn the power on. After the ankle break, I asked for confirmation as to what floor this was on, and was told ground level. Technically, this is true, but the only thing on the ground floor is a bathroom. You have to climb a full flight of steps to get to the bedrooms (adjacent to each other), and then another half flight to get to the second bathroom (very small). If you need to use a bathroom, steps will be involved. All of this would have been fine if we were aware in advance - and didn't have a broken ankle involved. Air conditioner does cool down the main floor quickly. This is important - if you leave, the keys are used to turn the power on/off, and there wasn't a second set. Place was very clean - beds were mediocre comfortable. Worth staying at, but understand what the challenges are.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay..in beautiful Sorrento. Loved the location , out the door straight into the beautiful allyways with lots of restaurants etc., very close to the jetty to catch the ferries. Staff very pleasant and was nice to be met where the driver left us snd be walked to our accom. A couple of minor issues , resolved quickly . Very clean rooms and comfortable . However the pull out sofa not very comfortable when staying for 5 nights. (Just some positive feedback) Would definitely recommend to friends. Grazie mille! Catherine

The concierge team was wonderful even before we arrived, Mhonica, Jennifer and Flavia were very helpful, kind and attentive. Property staff were also attentive and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Also kept me informed of what to expect at arrival. The flat is very good located. Because its centrally located parking was arranged. Property does offer the opportunity to park with someone locally that they arrange. We had a meeting point where the car was picked up and then we walked with luggage to the property. The distance was short so it wasn’t bad. The challenge was finding a space to park the car temporarily at the meeting point while waiting for the car to be picked up and taken to the parking lot. The flat was clean and had the amenities we needed. There’s a mini market close by which was great. The shampoo and conditioner provided not the greatest, recommend you bring your own.
