"This property was nice, especially having the large open space in the back with a large pond and walking area for us and our dog nearby. We had some issues with the room: the bathroom door didn’t close completely and the microwave locked itself down and it took much effort to get my drink out. The chair in the room desperately needs a pillow, as it’s horribly uncomfortable without something to fill in the round shape. Talked to the receptionist about it and they said all suits were booked so we could either go to a smaller room or get a discount so we decided to get a discount and deal with it so I have called up there 2 times already and they said they would put a note in the managers box so she could discount it!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING not even a call back!!!! WHY????? Don't go there to their dirty rooms they wont do anything about it !!!!"
