Valhall House, originally built in 1912, has now been transformed into a stunning estate that is a cross between the owner’s European heritage and a modern California classic, a true mix of old and new. The name Valhall comes from the Scandinavian word meaning Viking Heaven and that is just what this property offers, a little slice of heaven. Set in beautiful wine country, you'll find French-inspired rooflines and archways and antique fireplaces, and reclaimed wood tables. The perfect weekend!

We had 11 women for a celebration of my DIL to be. All the rooms were and beds were comfortable and decorated beautifully! Lorna met us with champagne for a tour of the property when we arrived! We felt special from moment #1. Kitchen was well appointed, the grounds were immaculate, the pool was warm and the Sonus speakers throughout the property and house were so greatWe had lot of music with our celebration. We would absolutely stay here again - 10 of 10! Thanks Lorna!

Incredible!!!

This home is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t even do it justice. We got there at night and the house was so beautifully lit, it felt magical. Lorna and her husband then greeted us upon arrival to make sure we knew where everything was. We did a very intimate wedding ceremony on the property and the biggest probably we had was there were just way too many beautiful backdrops to choose from. Lorna was a phenomenal host and went above and beyond for us..multiple times!! This was no average VRBO stay! Would highly recommend.

Amazing property and wonderful stay!

This home and property were amazing and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed and were impressed by it! upon arrival we were immediately met with champagne and given a tour. The rooms were all exactly as pictured and immaculately cleaned and decorated. Everything was beautiful and Lorna was a great host. She was very communicative and was great with recommendations, we loved our dinner at the home with Bryan, a chef she recommended. Overall we loved the stay and were very appreciative with how above and beyond Lorna went to ensure we had the best time! I highly recommend to everyone.

The most incredible trip!

We booked this estate for a girls trip this past weekend and are still on cloud nine. It is the most beautiful property we have stayed in and it has everything you could ask for. We didn’t want to leave! The location is a perfect distance from both Sonoma and Napa making our travel easy. The owner, Lorna, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind to answer every question leading up to the trip and while we were there over the weekend. She made it seamless and so enjoyable for everyone involved. Booking this estate for your next trip is the best decision you can make! We are already planning our next trip to come back after being home for only a few days. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

This house was amazing. However, working with the owner was what it perfectly special. They were so easy to work with, helped us coordinate early drop offs and simply cared about making it special. This was an amazing weekend and the location and owners were a critical part to that. Thank you!

Beautiful Sonoma home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed Sonoma home. The kitchen was fully equipped as well as bathrooms. Instructions on how to operate TVs, fireplaces and other electronics were provided. Communication with the owner was responded to asap. We had an amazing trip and would recommend staying at this lovely home.
