Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited. There are security cameras covering the entry, driveway and front of the home. Removing/disabling any of these monitors and/or failure to comply with the quiet time will result in forfeiture of security deposit and immediate eviction from the premises. Written Evacuation instructions and a NOAA Alert Weather Radio are provided within the home in case of county mandated evacuation.
