All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

The room was incredibly worn. The tiles on the floor was broken and moved when you walked on them. The door to the bathroom had punching wholes in it. We found a nail on the table in the room, which was not ours, so that was disgusting. The staff was very nice. We could check in already around 11 so that was good.

The spa facilities were fantastic, and we really enjoyed the entire experience including the aperitif and breakfast. For us, this visit was a very special occasion and our enjoyment was beyond expectation.
