"The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! "The apartment was sparkling clean. The beds were somewhat comfortable, but too soft. We did not have washcloths. It was nice having the washer dryer and dishwasher and the location was terrific."

"We came to the hotel because it had a/c but it wasn’t working well so it was only tepid. I was told the restaurant was open until 9 only to find out only ice cream is available after 8:00 pm. The staff did try to help and the breakfast was great!"
