  • Maravillosa casa de montaña, con piscina privada, situada entre los encantadores pueblos de Sóller y Fornalutx, donde 2+1 huéspedes encuentran su privilegiado rincón en la isla.
    Esta idílica casa, ubicada en plena montaña, consigue que nuestros invitados disfruten de la más absoluta tranquilidad rodeados de unas espectaculares vistas, mientras se relajan dándose un baño en la piscina de agua salada o tomando el sol en una de las 4 tumbonas que la rodean. La piscina es una verdadera joya, no sólo por sus 7.5 m x 3.7 m de ancho y largo y su profundidad de 1.3 m hasta 1.9 m, sino por su exclusivo entorno. El jardín ofrece hermosos rincones secretos para retirarse, una zona de barbacoa con una gran mesa de madera a la sombra de los árboles y una mesa romántica para tomar un café o un té junto a un buen libro... ¡ustedes eligen!. También pueden pasear por los campos de la propiedad, aunque es importante que cierren siempre las puertas que abran, ya que hay ovejas. La parcela está vallada y ofrece total privacidad.

    La casa está distribuida en 2 plantas y decorada de manera sencilla y tradicional, aunque con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. En la planta principal, hay un cómodo salón, con dos sofás y un sillón, donde se podrán relajar viendo la televisión satélite y, en los días fríos, encender la estufa de leña. La cocina-comedor está equipada con vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico y todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar sabrosos platos. Aquí mismo encuentran la lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar para no descuidar su vestimenta. Luego, un baño con ducha completa esta planta. Los dos dormitorios se encuentran abajo, al nivel del jardín. Uno cuenta con una cama doble y el otro con una cama individual. Ambos tienen armario, ventilador y un radiador.

    El hecho que este hogar esté inmerso en plena Sierra de Tramuntana, hace que forme parte del paisaje, siendo un lugar único, acogedor y de ensueño donde desconectar del mundo ajetreado. Pertenece a Sóller, uno de los pueblos más hermosos de la isla, pero se sitúa entre Sóller, Fornalutx y Biniaraix. Es ideal, obvio, para senderistas y ciclistas o, simplemente, para quienes desean maravillarse con el sonido de las hojas de los árboles y los pájaros. En Fornalutx, a 3 km, encontrarán un supermercado pequeño, un restaurante y algunos comercios esenciales. Otros servicios los encuentran en Sóller, a unos 4.6 km. En el Puerto de Sóller, pueden tomar un rico helado casero, pasear y visitar su playa. Sin embargo, no pueden marcharse sin conocer la preciosa playa de Llucalcari, situada a unos 11 km.

    Tenga en cuenta que, debido a ciertas particularidades del alojamiento, no es la opción más adecuada para familias con niños pequeños.
    La barbacoa solo está disponible del 16 de Octubre al 30 de Abril, ya que del 1 de Mayo al 15 de Octubre, está prohibido hacer fuego.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit hammer Ausblick auf die Berge und Sóller.Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten mit Pool ist gut gepflegt.Der Gastgeber hat uns bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und kam nach ein paar Tagen noch einmal vorbei um den Pool zu checken.Gerne wieder!

Such a wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone considering booking. The pool was fantastic and the views were unbelievable. To sit and watch the mountains change colour during the evening was very special. The villa was very clean. No unduly road noise so this did not cause any issues. The village called Fornalutx was very close by and we would recommend highly. You do need a car to get around. We will return if we can. Just a separate note which relates to driving in Soller, do not follow sat nav to car parks in the middle of the town centre as there are strict restrictions and fines. I think we unfortunately made that error.

Perfectly relaxing stay in a beautiful location with great views.

Location was superb with great views over Soller and the surrounding hills. Garden was beautiful and terraces were perfect for sunbathing and eating al fresco.

El alojamiento es increíble y justo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia privada, tranquila y relajante. ¡Las vistas eran impresionantes! ¡Piscina privada de muy buen tamaño y temperatura! Cocina muy bien equipada En general, nos encantó el lugar, con algunos pequeños retoques, ¡podría ser una escapada perfecta! Volveremos. ?

A really idyllic place

A really idyllic place. Lovely house, garden and pool. But this spot is really about the view of Soller and the mountains, which is every bit as magical as the photographs. Helpfully there are plenty of different sitting areas from which to enjoy it! You can also wander out into the nearest olive groves, which are lovely and have some spectacularly old trees in them. A fabulous place to stay!

The house is even better than on the pictures. House and surroundings are lovely and in excellent condition - brilliant view over the town of Soller and the landscape from the terrace. A good starting point for hiking trips or trips in general to various places of the Island. Worth the price - highly recommended.

It was amazing. The outdoor spaces they have developed in areas of the garden are brilliant. All very different and each one great for different times of day. Pool size was ideal Needed some oven trays and needs an additional oven shelf

Stunning small villa and views

Mallorca looking house in absolutely beautiful setting. Size and facilities perfect for a couple to really have a getaway holiday. Well designed house with kitchen/diner and sitting area on entrance floor, then downstairs to bedrooms and bathroom. Seating areas for every time of day - balcony outside kitchen for breakfast & evening, shaded area outside front door & hammock for hottest times, area next to pool to lounge and dry off. Immediate surrounds lovely wooded garden, then terraced olive and lemon grove. Easy access by car to Fornalutz, Soller and Porto de Soller. If careful with traffic can walk up main road and access footpath down to Fornalutz , Biniarix and Soller. No footpath discovered to Binibassi though on some maps. On hilly section of main road to Lluc and Pollenca. Some traffic noise, but not all the time and not that intrusive. A place to enjoy and return to.

Traumhaftes Haus in den Bergen Sóllers

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus, die Anzeige das Inserat hat sehr gepasst. Zwei Sachen sind uns aufgefallen, die man vielleicht verbessern könnte, diese haben aber explizit nichts mit dem Haus zu tun! Zum einen war die Buchung nicht so einfach wie in einem Hotel. Schöner ist es, wenn man bucht, bezahlt oder eine Anzahlung leistet und damit fertig ist. Wir hatten einige Zahlungen von Anzahlung, über Kaution bis hin zur endgültigen Zahlung. Zusätzlich stresst es ein wenig, dass man bis kurz vorher nicht weiß, wo genau das Haus ist. Das alles ist wenig komfortabel. Für mich ein no go war, wir hatten heute Morgen Probleme bei der Toröffnung, die Notfallnummer hat allerdings erst nach 40 Minuten zurückgerufen! Das ist für eine Notfall ein bisschen spät. Ansonsten aber wie gesagt, fantastische Aufenthalt, das geben die insgesamt fünf Sterne auch wieder.

Beautiful place with unreasonable owners

If you are looking for a relaxing and welcoming place where you are treated kindly, this is NOT it. The owners made our holidays incredibly stressful and not relaxing. We would never stay there again. The first time we stayed at Son Bou, the cleaning staff called some manager or owner, who then told us over the phone that we had "trashed" the place and were lying about the state of it. We left it impeccable and were in shock, it was stressful. We ended up filming it all, so we would have proof. The agency, Homerti, told us it was a misunderstanding and refunded the bond, so we booked it again 2 weeks later as we thought it to be an exception. During our second visit, after our first night there at 9 am on a Sunday, the owner came unannounced onto the property to tell us that we had brought 6 or 8 people onto the property. Not only did he not tell us his name nor who he was at first, but I was also scared as he looked quite rough, angry and told us that there were cameras where he had seen this group of people coming in. I had no idea if we were safe there, who these mysterious "people" were, if he was a scammer or why he bothered us and accused us early on a Sunday morning during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. He ended up apologising, but the damage was already done, I do not appreciate being treated as criminals during my holidays.

amazing

The house exceeded expectations. Views are amazing and the amount of privacy is unmatched. We loved the separate areas - choose between pool, outdoor kitchen or upstairs patio. Place was clean and very well maintained, absolute dream location. note that using the outdoor kitchen (BBQ specifically) in summer months isn’t really possible, due to mallorca fire dept regulations. Shame as it is a big feature of the house. Additionally, an AC in the bedroom would be nice, and maybe a dishwasher. otherwise an incredible place!

Wonderful stay!

We loved the views and outdoor space. It was amazing! Such an amazing location. We feel very lucky to have stayed there. We met the owner who was lovely. Thanks for having us! It would have been good to have a dishwasher, extra towels, washing powder and shampoo and shower gel. The mattress in the smaller room is quite lumpy and the room had a stange smell.
