"Yes the room was spotless. However my short stay was marred by a ‘faused fire alarm” alert sound in the corridor in the evening. I called the receptionist at once and was assured there was no real fire! At least the safety equipment was (malfunctioning) working! Other than that my stay was fine."

"Friendly staffs, accommodating and welcoming. Pleasant stays for these period. Location is ideal for short term staycay. Cater pressure at bath were superb and wonderful. Only setback was the bed was not stable and shaky whenever either of us got out of the bed. The rest were ok."

"It’s a really nice hotel with good service. The problem we had was accessing with a baby buggy. For both entrances they are not exactly barrier free. The main entrance has stairs or forces you to walk on the road with cars, the second rear entrance has a lot of stairs and you basically have to carry the buggy up this flight of stairs. They need to reform these aspects of the hotel. "

"The team at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful with everything! They also were very kind to provide some upgrades to our rooms which I assume was based on the factor that we had a few young kids. They were always happy to assist with any request and helped us on the communication front with the locals. I would definitely love to come again!"
