"Great one night stay. Good price, clean spacious room with powerful AC. Rooms seemed newer or renovated and everything seemed fresh. Excellent free coffee. Didn’t try the free bfast but looked good for your basic hot free hotel breakfast. Friendly late night reception. Thumbs up."

"Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund.."

"Feel like everything went somewhat well. Room was nice an bed was comfy. Internet wasn’t really working while trying to connect. When trying to watch tv, it wouldn’t work not sure if it was the service or tv just not working. Feel like there should be soaps for hands instead of bar soaps. "The parking in the parking garage is convenient. We walk to the casino for concerts. There are restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. Hotels dont get any cleaner. The room was also very comfortable as far as the air conditioning. I like it cold. The young man at the front desk was very nice. We have stayed here 4 times. "

"The room was very clean and really appreciated the flooring - no carpet! Lobby was bright and cheerful. Staff was friendly. The breakfast that was included and plentiful with lots of choices. Would stay at this property again when we go though Sioux City"

"There is nothing wrong with this place. Very clean, everything was fine. My only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. This may not bother anyone, but I like to have a cup before I have to get presentable to go downstairs. Although, their coffee was fine and lots of flavored creamer options."
