"Front desk staff was super knowledgeable and curteous! Made sure every detail was to our liking! The actual facilities and room were very clean and had an enjoyable modern aesthetic. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing to access the parking lot outside of the front entrance. And the views at any level leave something to be desired. But we loved our stay! We didnt choose this hotel for the views. Absolutely recommend 5/5 for the amenities, staff professionalism, clealiness, and vibe!"

"Absolutely making this our regular spot when we stay in Carlsbad! Staff were incredibly friendly and had a service attitude. If it wasn’t raining I’m sure you would have caught us at the fire pit or in the hot tub (all the more reason for us to return). The room was aesthetic and SMELLED AND FELT clean! Might have to pester them for what sheets and pillows they use because I’ve never slept better. Such a shame we only stayed one night, I could’ve hung out there all week! Less than a 5 minute...

"The breakfast was actually way better than I expected! Also the breakfast room was kept very clean! The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. The staff was friendly! And the hotel was close driving distance from the freeway, the ocean, many store and restaurants. It was perfect:) "

"The room was clean and absolutely perfect. It is exactly what they have listed and shown. Our room was right on the strand and we had the perfect view. Perfect location, very close to the pier and several good restaurants. Coffee in the lobby or a coffee house is a couple blocks away. Nicole welcomed us and took the time each and every day to make sure our stay was phenomenal and we felt welcome. Her great customer service is top notch.
