Well kept, great location, and fit what we needed. There were a few things the place could benefit from adding. Hand soap's for each bathroom, extra blankets and maybe a skillet bc the stove top was on the Fritz but we really enjoyed the quite and clean space we were welcomed too.

We loved staying here. Bonnie is a wonderful host. I called her a couple of times and she answered her phone. The house is in the middle of a corn field and it’s so quiet at night, just what we needed after a day at Knoebels. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and it was very comfortable plus the air conditioning worked like a champ! The only downside was no wifi but that just meant we sat outside more! It was lovely and I recommend it!

Knoebels Stay

This little house is exactly as described! It was VERY clean! The water was not turned on when we arrived, but a phone call to Bonnie was all it took and we had water! Bonnie answered right away! The house was a little dated, but we did not care! Cleanliness is what matters! We will stay there again!

The house was clean but could use some updating. The one toilet was not screwed to the floor. The one bedroom the blinds were a little broken. But over all it was a good stay and would recommend to other renters

This place was nice and definitely in a quiet area. We really did not use it much. We just slept there and got up the next morning cleaned up and left. I would definitely use it again.

QUIET relaxing stay

The property was as described in listing. It was clean and had beds made with linens and towels folded and waiting for us. The area is beautiful without another house in sight once you arrive at front porch. We only stayed one night for our Koebel's trip, but it was very relaxing and quiet for the night. It is a 15 min trip to the amusement park which was great for us. We were able to slow down after a busy day and it was great to be able to heat up some food after we realized we were starving. The host gives a very good description of how to access property once you are on the final turns. We would love to stay again on our next trip.

Knoebels and a Hurricane

We booked this property to spend a weekend at Knoebels. Our plans were slightly thwarted due to Hurricane Debby but we were comfortable, cozy and dry during our stay. There was ample room and the large covered porch made for some enjoyable downpour watching. We appreciate Bonnie's kindness!

I tried several times calling her but her phone wouldn't ring through. The Agressive hornets nest thats been there for at least a few months prevented us from camp fires. The driveway washed out so bad we scraped our way in and out. Some Garbage left from previous tenants. Washing mechine has towels running when i left. Still couldn't get in touch with her to inform her. Other then that it was a beautiful place. Fix all and i would take again
