It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and pool. Restaurant on site was excellent. Only complaint was not fault of where we stayed but there was no beach unless it was low tide, which I am sure was due to recent storm. Thank god we had the pool for high tide.

Great getaway

This was our first time staying at St. Regis in N. Topsail beach and it will become our annual beach place! We typically stay a little further south in Wrightsville beach but this location was so tranquil with lots of amenities. The condo itself was wonderful. The best thing about this particular location is that you can see both the ocean and the sound side of the island. This unit is located in the same building as ARGGGG which is a fabulous restaurant for a quick meal. Getting to and from the beach and pool is a breeze! The condo was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the linen service! It is equipped with all the essentials. The host was generous in letting us borrow some beach chairs that were in the nearby storage. The host was very responsive with any questions I had and answered many questions before I even asked. My family highly recommends this area and especially this unit and host.

Great place to stay!

Condo had good view of ocean, was clean, comfy and quiet. Resort has pools, live music, restaurants, chair and umbrella rentals. I will definitely stay again.

Very positive experience we would stay there again

We should have reserved a 2 bedroom. But was a very nice area. We will be back. The lint catcher in the dryer needs to be replaced as the one there has holes in the bottom all the way across.

Nice get away place

Nice, clean condo with good view of the ocean. Owner responsive to some improvements that were needed. Easy access to the beach. Elevator especially nice for older people. Overall nice place for two people or a young family.

fun week at the beach

the place was just as listed. it was clean, cozy, and well maintained. easy access to the pool and the beach. one of the elevators didn't work, and the one that did was pretty slow, but, totally no big deal. the unit is only on the second floor and has a pretty direct access to a stairwell that we used most of the time anyhow. loved the trash chute. made taking it out a breeze. few things that could maybe use some attention: the dryer and the over the range fan are both obnoxiously loud. the showers are dark. there is a little battery light in the bedroom shower, but it died during our stay anyhow. also, that shower stall is ridiculously slippery. maybe adding some of those sticky treads would help. none of these were deal breakers though, and i would absolutely stay here again as well as recommended this condo to others.

Oceanfront Views

Todd’s condo was a beautiful place to stay on the beach and met all our needs! Our favorite part was the oceanfront views from our personal balcony and direct access to the beach! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Nice couple getaway

This was one of the better stays we've had. The unit was great! Even though it was a "Mommy Daddy getaway" it would also work for folks with small children. Our son is 16 and 5' 10" so the bunk beds would have been a little uncomfortable for him. Check in and out was a breeze and Todd was very responsive to any and all texts. I felt completely comfortable asking anything and felt as though he would have bent over backwards to make sure we had a fantastic stay. We are considering making this a yearly booking. The only "ding" is that the hot tub was not functional but Todd explaine that it was due to permit issues with the "resort" and out of his control.
