The floors have titles coming up & the bathroom door has a hole in it that has been patched. The kitchen is outdated, the stove half way worked, the rooms smelt moldy/mildew and sand all over the floors, the window acs are rusted through the walls on the outside. And leaking rusty water onto the balcony.

Nice place by the ocean

Nice place. Easy check in process. Property is fine, nothing special. Ocean view from balcony is actually of large sandbags. Have to walk down the road to get to the beach. Overall pretty good.

Cozy Hideaway

Lovely condominium located right on the beach. Private balcony overlooking the water with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Air condition with basic essentials. Highly recommend.

Lovely place!

Very nice and cute! Nice Ocean view! Clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements convenient acceess to the beach! We had a concern with the refrigerator which was imediately addtessed! Awedome host

Cozy lil place, steps away from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. Just be prepared to bring everything you need, from bathroom supplies to beach necessities.

This was veey clean, well maintained property. Beach was very easy to access. We had no issue spending 3-5 hrs a day. All the appliances worked. Beds were comfy but pillows were super soft. This was a great place to stay. Low key and private

Absolutely beautiful!

Went on a double date trip for our friends birthday and had the best time! Location is perfect, right on the beautiful with a lovely balcony view. Host was very attentive and helpful. Overall awesome experience will definitely be booking here again!

the condo needs some attention. The doors don't shut in both bedrooms entrance door also needs some work cabinet shelves were out the air conditioner in LR is so loud you can't use it most things are easy to fix but just neglected I would not recommend this condo the beds were comfortable and the apartment was pretty clean

Visiting with family

I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area .

If you love listening to waves while falling asleep this is the place!

Very pleased with property. A very comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beach. I had a small issue on arrival and it was quickly and very politely rectified.

Basically in the water

The actual unit was fine. We wanted to chill at the beach and be able to have a few drinks and then WALK back to the unit. At this location the water is pretty much at the door and there is no beach. Therefore we had to drive which is not what we wanted to do.
