Southview offers the most incredible views of Topsail Island. Just remodeled in November of 2020, this gorgeous unit faces south and boasts sweeping views of Topsail Island for miles. The private balcony offers the perfect place to watch amazing sunsets.

The master bedroom features include luxury vinyl plank floors, new light fixtures, new queen size bed, with memory foam mattress, new wall mounted 40" Smart TV. private access to the remodeled bathroom.

Master Bath is appointed with a raised vanity, picture frame mirror, luxury vinyl plank floors, new light fixture, and fiber glass tub shower combo with over sized shower head

The kitchen features smooth top electric range with built in microwave hood, dishwasher, granite counter tops and a raised bar top.

The living room has been upgraded with a new Bellingham pull out couch with a queen bed featuring a premium mattress with gel foam technology, a new wicker chair with cushions, and a new 55in Smart TV.

The Balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views of Topsail from the new captains chairs.

Our stay was perfect! We have no complaints. Communication with host was great and Larry went above and beyond to accommodate some changes for us. The pools were closed for our visit but the weather was beautiful to enjoy the beach!

Perfect beach location, comfortable, well equipped kitchenand stunning view made for a great if short getaway. Loved having a good restaurant just downstairs. Host was very responsive too which isn't always the case. Would have been a 5 star review, but the couch, while very comfortable didn't turn into a comfortable pull out, an issue for those needing an extra bed.

We were allowed an early check in which was amazing. Host called the night before and we were able to get in at 1pm instead of 4pm. The host was very easy to communicate with. The unit is beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean.

My husband and I loved our condo! Very clean, linens were included, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, utensils etc.), full size washer and dryer, and best of all, we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony! We will definitely try and rent this condo again next year!

Excellent property! The unit is very clean and decorated very well. I cannot say enough about the owner! Larry is very communicative, and he responds back to you very quickly if needed. This resort has one of the largest pools we have ever visited, and that was a huge plus for us! It's a very quiet, residential area and we had a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend this unit! We will be back!

Wonderful North Topsail Beach Rental!

My small child and I stayed here during the July 4th holiday week and it was fabulous. Clean, simple but elegant, and quite comfortable, it's beach and ocean view and has multiple pools onsite. The owners/managers were very responsive, thorough and thoughtful. Even when I accidently locked us out of the rental (I have a medically fragile child and her meds were inside), they promptly remedied that. Would recommend to anyone looking for either a quieter (less crowded) beach visit and/or family friendly beach stay on a superb and laidback island we've been coming to for over 10 years. Definitely a favorite rental now. Loved it!

Wonderful weekend

Perfect location for a quick getaway. Nice clean condo with a well equipped kitchen. Very secure and safe location. Wonderful ocean views. We are so glad we chose this condo for our stay.

Fantastic Stay!

Larry was an exceptional host! He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It had all the essentials, from comfortable linens to fully stocked kitchen items, making it feel like a home away from home.The Roku TV was a great bonus for relaxing after a day out, and we really appreciated the two beach chairs in the closet — a thoughtful touch, especially since we forgot ours! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to rent again on our next trip! Highly recommend!

Spectacular sunset views

Our family did a quick weekend getaway and this unit was perfect! Perfect location to the hot tubs, and beach! The unit is the perfect size , clean and decorated perfect! Our host larry was very responsive and very accommodating! We can’t wait to come back in the summer time to view those longer sunsets off the balcony! Thank you for the memories !
