"Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!"

"Amazing gem. Initially thought I was looking for a bed to crash on my roadtrip. Ended up really enjoying the old victorian style house and the breakfast was to die for. expedia states after hours checkin is not available but you just have to call the number for check-in instructions."

"The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice. Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location."

"As a whole the room was nice. The two things I did not like are the low toilet (so low until someone could possibly get hurt) and the television going off for more than 12 hours. That happened my last night there. The television went off about 8:55 p.m. and never came back on. I checked out the next day."

"Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am."

"We drove all the way from Norman OK and got there at 225 am it said to ring a bell there was no bell there! After finally getting some attention the clerk would not open the door she said we were overbooked! I am handicapped my girlfriend was sick and ended up having to stay in Monroe! The hotel is still charging me I was stuck in Dallas traffic or would have been there sooner they still refused to give me my Money back! If they were overbooked refund me my money! "Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay."

"This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!!
