"We had a fantastic anniversary stay at the Stables. The room and bed was very comfortable and the highlight was the Japanese hot tub in the balcony! It was just perfect! We also enjoyed having dinner at the Bowling Green steakhouse and had breakfast brought to our room by room service. We look forward to staying again."

"Lovely b&b. We stayed in the family room which was plenty big enough for 3. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows. Small issues but nothing major … no hook for blind to be able to keep it down to stop the sun coming through early morning, no BBC channels on the very small Tv, watch out for your head with the eaves and low beams! Beautiful gardens. Really nice full English breakfast. We also had the afternoon tea which was delicious, with homemade scones, jam, etc. "

"Very pleasant hotel. Room spotless and comfortable. Wifi terrible but that is a small point. The kitchen was closed while we were there but breakfast was supplied although dinner not an option which was a pity. Lovely location and excellent waiters - very helpful and friendly."

"The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. "

"Wonderful stay, was welcomed and shown to the room, beautiful area and access for great walks. They were very accommodating to the fact we had a super early start one day so we would miss breakfast, however they had prepared a lovely packed lunch for us whilst out for the day. Breakfast the next day was super tasty. Room was very clean and not slept like that for a very long time."

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."
