This custom built 3-story A-frame is just minutes from incredible outdoor adventures, then return to relax around the campfire, in the spa gazing at the stars, or cozied up around the magnificent granite fireplace. Couples will love this romantic 1960's retreat flanked by 3 wooded acres and 350 feet of high-bank river frontage.

***PLEASE NOTE*** that due to the steep stairs, ladder, balcony, and limited space in the bathroom and 3rd story access, this property is not suitable for unsupervised children, elderly, or those with mobility challenges! The steep stairs will also be challenging for larger dogs. If this is not ideal for your getaway, we have other options to be sure you are matched with the perfect place.

BEDROOMS:
- Second story has a queen bed (loft, NO DOOR, and accessible by steep stairs)
- Third story has two twin beds (loft, NO DOOR, and accessible by ladder through a 15 x 47” opening.)

BATHROOMS:
- ¾ bath with shower; (toilet area is very limited on space!)

STANDARD AT ALL TREE LINE RENTALS:
- Eco-friendly hardwood log pack, 8hr burn time
- Amenity size body wash & conditioning shampoo
- Standard drip coffeemaker
- Fair trade ground coffee (2 pots), selection of teas, sugars
- 4 rolls TP in each bathroom
- 2 rolls paper towels in kitchen
- Eco-friendly hand soap, dish soap, all purpose cleaner
- Dishwasher detergent
- 1.5x occupancy bath towels & wash cloths (minimum 4)

In order to keep our cabins beautiful for our guests, lawn maintenance is done Wednesdays or Thursdays weekly. You may hear or see landscapers during this time and there may be noise from lawnmowers or leafblowers. Thank you for your cooperation!
