"Three friends and myself stayed at the Windmill at Anemomili for five nights. We loved the drive up to Sitia that grew more and more wild and beautiful. The windmill is magical. Extremely comfortable and put together with so much care, artistry and love. The hosts were proactive and keen to ensure that we had a good time, giving us a lot of ideas of what to do. We had some beautiful beach days (Vai and Itanos are fabulous), and also visited Toplou monastery and some of the archeological sites....

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, welches äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet war und in dem es an nichts fehlte. Es gab zwei Terrassen. Eine, von der aus man durch die hübschen Oleanderbüsche und Palmen zum Meer schauen konnte und eine andere, die nachmittags Schatten bot und einen sehr schönen Blick in die traumhafte Parkanlage mit unterschiedlichsten Blumen und Pflanzen bot. Vom Haus aus ließ sich der gesamte Osten von Kreta zum Wandern sehr gut erreichen....

"Beautiful salt water infinity pool, the view was fabulous. A great deal, the room and grounds could use some care, peeling paint, weeds, etc. the staff did not know about local weavers on the island. I tried to find them while I was there, but later on the plane found an article!! I would suggest tours of the local area through the front desk."

"Mir hat besonders die Lage und die Anordnungen der Unterkünfte gefallen. Eine kleine, ruhige, schöne, gepflegte Gasse, die noch von oben teilweise sonnengeschützt war. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Den kleinen Hof-Veranda- zu meinm Zimmer hat mir auch gefallen. Das richtige, um richtig auszuspannen. Zum Strand nur ein paar Meter. Sehr zu empfehlen.mit dem Auto konnte man weiter schöne Orte und Strände erkunden. Photos habe ich keine gemacht."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely.
