Balmins White Apartment The Balmins White apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. It is a modern, comfortable apartment that has been recently renovated. It has a large communal pool, 2 double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a lovely balcony with sea views .

The building has a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests. It is located behind the Meliá Hotel (3 minutes walk), near the port and 100 metres from Balmins beach. Upon entering the apartment we are greeted by the living room and kitchen.

The living room has a very cozy sofa, television, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The living room has access to the balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the houses in the area. It has a table and chairs to enjoy the calm of the place.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine).

Both bedrooms have views of the pool. They are spacious, comfortable and inviting to relax. The master bedroom has a double bed and large mirrored wardrobes that give it space and light. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower.

The apartment is just a few steps from the exclusive Sitges Marina, the Meliá Hotel and the best restaurants. You can reach everything in just a few minutes on foot. If you arrive by car, you can park for free on the street.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
