"The room and staff were amazing. Only complaints are lack of storage, no pan for cooking in the kitchen, and the water ran cold rather quickly. Other than those few minor inconveniences, our stay was perfect!"

"We had a great stay at the Moxy in Chattanooga! Staff was extremely friendly, the bar had great (well made) drinks, and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. Clean, no overpowering hotel smells, and easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Convenient and within walking distance of a lot of attractions, food, activities and more. "I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property...
