Mid-Term Guest Policy
- For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:
- A background check is required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
- A signed lease agreement must be completed and on file for all guests.
- All guests are subject to passing the background and credit check requirements as determined by the host.
