The front desk staff young lady that checked us in was so personable and knowledgeable. She gave great recommemdation for things to do and dinner, as well as some tidbits about being an UK student. Overall great time and will definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and overall a good stay! We didn’t arrive until after 9pm, our son was having surgery the next morning early at UK and we got checked in quickly! "

"The room was somewhat clean,it had a lot of smudged marks everywhere like they used dirty rags too clean with ,the hall smelled like Marijuana all night and they had some undesirables hanging out by the back doors all night. "

"We arrived to this hotel expecting what was advertised as a newly renovated room. After getting a key, we walked in to a not so renovated room that reeked of multiple types of smoke. My husband went back to the desk to ask for a different room but they only had upstairs rooms and he hoped we could air our room out as we'd been driving for hours. I went out to Target to buy a room deodorizing spray. Even with the door being open for nearly an hour, it smelled awful. Started pulling back curtains...
