Aspectos negativos: Personal, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
Room was ok. But staff attitude (Josh) was terrible. Upon check in, I don’t feel warm and welcoming at all. Instead the way they talk make me feel like I don’t pay for the room!! 1. Mistake on deposit authorisation We arrived at the property at 12pm and asked if our room is ready, the staff named Josh came to us and inform that room is not ready which we totally understand and ok with it. Next thing he request for Sgd 150 deposit authorisation. As I remember on the booking confirmation email it was written there Sgd50 for deposit so I ask for clarification. Josh replied that it is Sgd50 per night, so I clarify again the final amount should be Sgd100 not Sgd150. Josh replied me with a very impolite attitude and say that then he will just charge us Sgd100 in this case. But the fact is he made mistake yet he doesn’t feel sorry for this, does this means that if I didn’t ask for clarification he will just charge us Sgd150? Although this is fully refundable deposit but it is the hotel & staff responsibility to make sure they are charging the right amount and they should at least apologise for their mistake! 2. Unsafe property (stranger barge into the room when we were resting in the room) terrible staff attitude As soon as we checked in to the room, we were resting and lying on the bed.
