"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad in Marina Bay. I was able to go for a 3mile run and see the beautiful landmarks. The staff was amazingly helpful. Shout out to Eron for his welcoming and also the main concierge very kind to offer water after my run. Would definitely stay here again."

"Solid hotel — not super luxurious or the latest, but clearly was at one point. I found everything to be decent, clean, as needed. Minor things - reception staff when I arrived could have been possibly slightly more helpful in giving basic info and answering questions. In room dining option are limited and nothing in the fridge / no snacks - a pain when jet lagged and hungry at 3am. Buffet breakfast is good - albeit overpriced as most are and busy. It wasn’t quite the Singapore experience I...

"I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund."

"Great daily breakfast, very clean+beautiful hotel and room, upscale feeling. Reception provided a free wall outlet converter. Really fantastic. My reason for a lower score were circumstantial incidents: I was woken up by a crying baby throughout the night and you can hear easily through adjoining room doors. My room’s phone would not stop ringing every now and then, with no one on the other line."

"From the first minute we stepped into the hotel we were impressed with the helpful staff, from the doorman, check-in, room attendants and concierge- all were excellent. The room was very spacious and the whole atmosphere felt luxurious. It was also in a great location to get to everywhere we wanted to go."
