"Now this is a five star hotel! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left we were cared for and respective! We arrived early and they allowed us to check into our room and when they learned that our flight was going to be leaving late, they allowed us to stay later so that we could freshen up before we headed home. I can’t imagine a better hotel for the value."

This means it’s across the street from Fort Canning Park, and walking distance to most major museums (National Gallery, National Museum etc) and also walking distance from Merlion, Singapore's River quays, and Chinatown. So, no shortage of food options. Also connected via underground to City Hall station, making it very easy to get around and getting to the airport.
