The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. "We had a really great stay at Bayview Hills. The room was very clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for all of us after long days out exploring. The room had a nice view as well. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was the thoughtful welcome basket they arranged for us. It made the kids so happy after a long journey, and it was such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kotor."
