"The property and staff were wonderful as usual. Our issue is that they now charge for parking. This fee is new, as we have stayed here many times in the past. This property is not in a location that would need to have exclusive rights to parking and charging to park here is ridiculous. The hotel is located in an area all by itself. It is not the actual amount of the fee that is upsetting, it's the principal of an unexpected add-on nuisance fee. This parking fee even though it is a small...

"We stayed here while visiting Radford University for orientation, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is beautiful, new, spotless, and offers excellent service. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Being able to spend this special time with my son as he begins his college journey made the stay even more meaningful.
