The property was gorgeous, however there are a few negatives: 1. We set up an airport transfer with the front desk in person for a return stay after our safari's.. no one showed up and we were stuck at Arusha Airport until we realized no one was coming. 2. Incredible service while the country was pretty much off following the elections. They managed to get us a taxi to the airport and kept us well fed in a quiet place the whole time. Very pleasant and charming places with great people
