The Space:
Our expansive townhome unfolds across four inviting levels, offering ample space for your entire group to gather, as well as private corners for quiet moments.

First Level: The Bunk Room Suite
Upon arrival, you will find a cozy and private bunk room featuring two full-size beds and an attached en-suite bathroom. This space is perfect for children, teens, or friends sharing a room, providing a comfortable and separate retreat from the main living areas.

Main Level: Gathering & Entertaining
Head upstairs to the heart of the home. The main level boasts an open-concept living area bathed in natural light. Here, you will find a comfortable living room with a charming balcony, a welcoming dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor for your guests.

Third Level: The Primary Suites
The third floor is dedicated to restful slumber. It features a luxurious primary bedroom with a plush king-size bed and a private attached bathroom. Down the hall, a second beautifully decorated bedroom also offers a king-size bed and its own dedicated bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all adult guests.

The Rooftop Sanctuary
The crowning jewel of Mountain Views Retreat awaits on the top floor. Step out onto your private rooftop deck and take in the breathtaking panoramic mountain views. This exclusive outdoor living space features a premium cedar barrel sauna, offering the ultimate detox and relaxation after a long day on the slopes or trails. Fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco dinner as you watch the sunset paint the Colorado sky.


Guest Access:
Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire townhome, including the attached two-car garage and the private rooftop deck. A few owner's closets and cabinets are locked and off-limits, but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy. Self check-in makes your arrival seamless and stress-free.


Other Things to Note:
Parking:
We provide an attached two-car garage for your convenience. Please note that the garage depth has limits. For example, a Tesla and a Jeep Cherokee can fit comfortably together. However, oversized vehicles, extended trucks, or vehicles with roof boxes or hitch-mounted bike racks will likely not fit. Street parking is available during the day, but please observe the posted parking hours, as overnight street parking is strictly prohibited.

Climate Control:
To fully embrace the authentic mountain experience, our home does not have air conditioning. The cool, crisp alpine air naturally regulates the temperature. During warmer summer days, we recommend keeping the windows closed and blinds drawn to keep the home cool, then opening the windows in the evening to let the refreshing mountain breeze flow through. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Dog-Friendly Amenities:
We warmly welcome your canine companions for an additional fee! To make packing easier, we provide dog crates in two sizes, food and water bowls, a dog mat, waste bags, and training pads. For the safety of your pet and our home, we kindly require that dogs be crated if left unattended in the townhome. Please note that due to severe family allergies, we cannot accommodate cats under any circumstances.
