Centrally Located, Easy Access to Skiing, Private Balcony with Hot Tub

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex sleeps 6 and features a private hot tub on the outdoor deck. There is a primary suite upstairs and the kitchen has granite countertops. Enjoy the convenience of the two-car garage and private laundry. The Summit Stage bus stop picks up just down the street.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted Smart TV and a gas stove with comfortable oversized furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a Blu-ray player, DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The deck is just off the living area and features a private hot tub. Enjoy a good soak with fresh mountain air after a long day of outdoor adventure.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Across from the living area is a bonus room.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a queen-sized bed, a mounted Smart TV and a seating area near the closet. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the added luxury of heated floors and an upgraded shower system. The first and second guest bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and one offers a Smart TV. These bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer are inside this bathroom. For your convenience laundry detergent is provided.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Property was advertised as having a hot tub, fireplace, etc. Upon arriving, hot tub didn't work. They were in the process of fixing it. Yet, in all the past reviews, other clients have had issues with hot tub. Also, it was cold at night and the fireplace was broken and didn't work either. So, logically you would think we could turn up the heater but they owners have a passcode/lock on using the AC/Heater. So, we couldn't even turn up the heat. We FROZE that night. We came from another country and traveled countless miles and couldn't even turn up the heat. We chexked out and tried to get a full refund since we werent even there a full 24hrs. They did not give us a full refund as they still kept fees. Who in their right mind doesnt let people have access to the heater in the mountains when it gets below freezing at night? Save your time and money, find someplace else.
They wouldn't give us the pass code to turn the temp up even though we were super cold.
It got colder but that's the temp it was at when I took the pic.
Heater didn't work at all...
They told us the day before it wasn't working and that it would take 3 days to get it up and running. Others have had similar experiences which indicates ongoing issues yet they still advertised it on their listing.

Very Nice Stay

The condo was very nice and roomy. Enjoyed the space. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices and a few other cooking supplies. They had a crockpot and a waffle maker which was nice to have. Having a garage was really convenient for all of our ski equipment. One of my main interest in this property was the hot tub which was awesome. It ran perfectly and had a beautiful view sitting in the hot tub. We really enjoyed how close and accessible the hot tub was right out the door. We did have a little trouble with checking in. We did not get the code sent to us to get in the front door. After several attempts to call the office, no one answered and I got a little panicked but they did get back to me so within a half an hour, we were in the unit. On that note, I was late in checking out by an hour and they didn’t charge any extra fee. My only complaint and unfortunately would keep me from staying again was the condition of master bedroom mattress. It was very soft and sunken in the middle to the point where my husband slept on the couch and I had to try to deal with the mattress that was quite uncomfortable and made for several bad nights sleep, not what you want in a vacation.

Wildernest

The condo was very nice; the type of property I might purchase. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The small complaints would be that the hot tub only worked the first night. It's a good size for 3-5 people, but it wasn't really available when we wanted it most. And, the Master Bedroom bed is a pillowtop queen, and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole all week. It's a personal preference thing, but I didn't get much sleep because of it.Overall, a great place that I'd be comfortable staying in long term, with a few tweaks...

Property management was very responsive

This duplex house worked out well for our 2 families to enjoy time together and skiing. The property management team was very responsive when we texted them about the hot tub not working. They were easy to communicate with thru phone and text.

Nice place, centrally located

Nice place. Central to skiing and lots of restaurants nearby. Functional kitchen, lots of useful items - mugs, spatulas, colander, tissues boxes everywhere. Hot tub was great, prewarmed and fun lights. Master shower had extra jets at back height - had to fiddle a bit but they were nice. Guest beds- one hard bed, one soft. Master had pillowtop that was worn/needs replacing.

Great place in a good location

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and well kept. It was easy to contact our host and they were very helpful. The property is in a great location and close to town. The hot tub was the cherry on top.

nice silverthorne townhouse

Great hot tub on back deck of three bedroom townhouse in residential part of Wildernest. Dark so you can see stars. Updated kitchen and spotless. Two headed shower with side jets but faucet doesn’t match settings so plan to get soaked the first time you try to figure it out.

Great location, mountain feel right near town

I stay often in the area and I loved this place. Location was awesome for hiking and accessing groceries, etc. Dillon lake is right nearby for biking as well. I recommend this place, very nice and tidy, plenty of room. Hot tub is a plus.

Super cute mountain duplex!

This property was a cute little duplex with a private, exclusive hot tub! The hot tub cover was easy to open and close and got up to 104 degrees. We loved it! The duplex felt very cozy and we loved the open kitchen to living room. We were very grateful for the ceiling fans and also extra box fans to help with some of the heat, especially upstairs. Showers and bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfy! Super soft bedding. Overall nice place. Not very secluded in the sense there are next door neighbors, but many trees surrounding the property to make it feel private. Very close drive into town for shops/ stores.

Perfect central location!

My husband and I spent a week here with our children 5, 7, 9. Perfect location between all of our favorite towns! The cabin was stocked with what we needed and any slight issue was easily resolved with the owner. Thankful for the prompt communication. Only obvious downfall, is that there’s a lack of privacy in the area, but we were aware when we planned our trip. The majority of our days were spent away from the cabin but it was a perfect space to call home at the end of the day❤️

Home Away Home!

This's the first VRBO we rented since pandemic. It's better than what we have expected! The beds are comfortable (including the sofa bed). The kitchen appliances are relatively modern and was fully stocked with basic supplies like salt, pepper, and spices. We went to Mint the first night and cooked in the rest of the nights. the two cars garages was great since it's snowing the 1st two nights. The location was great!

Great spot to stay after skiing

Property was clean and as advertised in listing. We only had a couple issues during our stay. First, the hot tub was emptied at 4pm right before we checked in, so the hot tub was unusable during our first night of our stay. Second, all the thermostats are pre-programmed and have labels not to adjust the temperature. The temperature was often set to 62-64 degrees, which is very cold in January, especially when you’re coming in from the cold skiing. Besides that our stay was good!
