The hotel should not assign rooms next to the mechanical/utilities building to customers."

"Our overall stay was good. There is ample parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and the carpets were fairly dirty (crumbs or food noted) outside the rooms, but inside was fine. Convenient location that requires hotel key to enter the building, which is nice! Due to it being downtown there are lots of emergency vehicles driving by with sirens frequently (4 times on one night, but that’s just how it is downtown in big cities). "Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location"

"Fire Alarm went off continuously afternoon and late at night. Staff did not provide any assistance until we asked. When we requested they accommodate the issue front desk they pushed back as if this was a normal part of a hotel stay. Terrible stay. Hope they step up their maintenance. "
