"We stayed in the Sultan's Palace. Amazing room, but layout is cramped and didn't leave a lot of space to open suitcases.
Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes.
Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps.
Parking was very easy and felt secure.

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa!
We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too!
And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much!

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."
