Unique 3 floor home on 5.6 acres with spacious wrap around deck and seasonal views of Mount Chocorua. In the warmer months, enjoy the exclusive use of your own private clay tennis court, private in ground pool (open June-mid September)with a screened in gazebo/deck area, large wrap-around deck with fire-pit and dining table. Take a short drive to enchanting Silver Lake for all your summer fun. King Pine Ski is 6.4 miles away offering skiing, tubing, snowboarding and ice skating! North Conway is only 15 minutes away, and boasts terrific restaurants, shopping, breweries, and both summer and winter activities! At this home, you will be close to many White Mountain region attractions, while still enjoying the serenity of a quiet country setting.

There is so much to explore in this fantastic region, including the White Mountain National Forest, Silver Lake, Pirates Cove mini golf, Storyland, Conway Scenic Railroad, Saco River Tubing, Barnstormers Theater, Tamworth Distilling, Tuckerman's Brewery, Hobbs Tavern/Brewing, Sap House Meadery, Wineries, Indian Mound golf course, King Pine, Cranmore Skiing and Tubing, Settlers Green Outlet Village, White Lake State Park with boat and kayak rentals, White Lake Speedway, Madison Boulder geological wonder, Smitty's Driving Range, Sweet Ride Snowmobile Tours, hiking trails, etc. Attitash ski resort only 30 minutes away, and the heart of the Lakes Region less than an hour as well! We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there, and the location was perfect. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a wonderful spot with amazing views. The house is a great location for a family getaway. The house is well stock for all your needs. The property is pet friendly and they have items for your pets like a dog bed for them, The host is very friendly and easy to work with. We had a great stay.

Great home on a beautiful property in a terrific location. The house had plenty of room for five people. Our family thorougly enjoyed our stay and the communication with Lars was timely. Unfortunately the pool heater was not working so we couldn't swim but the tennis court was a hit! I would definitely stay here again.

The setting is relaxing and quite. We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck. The seating was more than adequate. The pool was wonderful, this is where the four stars come into play, the biggest problem with the pool are the bees. That was a bit annoying. I was way impressed with everything that's provided, well stocked. We had a wonderful vacation.

House

This house was very nice inside and pretty clean. We love the set up of the inside. The outside was also nice as had a pool and tennis courts but definitely could use some cleanup landscaping. We did have an issue with the pool heater not working during our stay, which was a bummer as it was very cold. The wrap around porch/deck definitely needs work, however was still nice to sit outside and eat/drink and enjoy the outdoors. The house had issues with bees/bees nest on side of house but was resolved for the most part during our stay. The area was still beautiful, and we would definitely go back & recommend as long as the heater in the pool works next time. With some TLC on the outside, it is definitely a great home & spot. It is in a great location and very close to North Conway, etc.

As beautiful as the photos

The drive up to this property is so beautiful. Arriving at the property is even moreso! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities like the pool and tennis court really enhanced our stay and made our home time just as fun as our day trips. The house was spotless, super efficient in cooking and heating, and had absolutely anything you possibly forgot. The hosts here really want you to enjoy your stay and it shows. Excellent rental and host!

Fell short of expectations!

I hate to give bad reviews but as a prior owner of a Vrbo property there were several issues that need to be addressed. The house was nice and specious and had a lot of amenities however, the house did not seem freshly turned over. The top floor king bed had evidence that the linens were not fresh. The bath mat in adjoining bathroom had mold underneath and it was not possible to have a jacuzzi bath as the jets had not been cleaned in a while. The 1st floor basement level bedroom smelt musty and our friends ended up sleeping in the middle floor bedroom on a trundle bed meant for kids. Closing up instructions were quite onerous on guests having to clean and sort trash considering the cleaning fee charged. All hand soap dispensers had dawn dish soap in them. The amenities were great but horse shoe game area had a lot of dog poop. Shortly after our arrival we discovered there was no iron. We searched every room in the house and after talking to the owner decided we had to make a long trip to North Conway in heavy traffic to purchase one and we were on a tight timeframe to go to our first event. We were all attending a wedding weekend nearby so this was very inconvenient to say the least. Property is lovely but we think maybe it did not have a fresh turnover before our arrival. I did not want to put this on public review but have failed to reach the owner all week.

Great outdoor space

Property as described well equipped kitchen pool was heated and perfect ! Tennis court was a hit with the kids and adults. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in. Fast response from owners with one question. Great stay !

Great location

Our stay was comfy, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great location, close to Conway and the Kancamangus. We enjoyed a local brewery and shopping on rainy days and the teens loved the tennis court, kayaking the Saco and using the pool.

Summer Vaca!

We rent often in the area and I thought I’d try a house with a pool. It was well worth it! We played tennis more than I thought we ever would. House cool and comfortable. Had all the necessities we needed.

Great family summer getaway!

Beautiful vacation spot! Great deck for morning coffee and dinner. Great pool area for cooling off and hanging out. Very comfortable beds. Very responsive host. (We didn't need much, just had a question about the pool)

Shangri-:La awaits you

If we could give this more than 5 stars we definitely would!!! The home is absolutely gorgeous, every level is magical with spacious rooms and beautiful views from every window! The wrap around deck was perfect for gathering around the fire pit or chatting while grilling some of our favorite foods on the grill. The heated pool and gazebo were amazing!! We enjoyed many hours of relaxation floating around in our tubes and then enjoying some cocktails under the lights in the gazebo. The clay tennis court was one of our favorite activities - we had never played on clay before and loved it. We even had fun "raking" it after each session. The ping pong table was also a big hit! We did venture out to the North Conway area a few times as it is only 25 minutes away, but we couldn't wait to get back "home". The home came with every amenity you could ever think of and then some. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was an air conditioner in every bedroom! I really can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this property and we will definitely rent here again!

Great Family Vacation Home

The home is beautiful and great for families. We especially enjoyed the pool/gazebo area and tennis courts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and eat your meals, including children's highchair and dinnerware. Family room included a ping pong table and lots of games/dvd for everybody to enjoy. Our only issue was with Mother Nature and the recent damage due to rain/flooding which made the road up to the house uncomfortable to go out at night. The town was actively working to fix the roads while we were there so shouldn't be an issue much longer. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place and would love to return again.

Summer 2023

This was our second year staying at this property. Plenty of room for 3 generations. Nice location. Heated, private pool was a hit with all ages. Wall hung ACs units was an upgrade from last year and amazing. 3 TVs throughout the house so kids could watch different things helped with fighting :) Storm damage in the area during our stay and communication with host was great.
