"Everything was great other than our room we were in the south tower and our room 523 was quite run down. The toilet seat was barely attached, you can see something had been sprayed on the headboard and never wiped off, overall just showing its age. Parking, staff, casino, and food were all good. We'll definitely return but stay in the north tower next time"

"I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled musty, the floors weren’t clean and the furniture is very worn. The pool and fitness center were closed for maintenance. The staff was helpful in addressing issues that were raised but the overall state of the hotel was quite bad. "

"The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very basic, but good and they kept it clean and fresh. Rooms were clean and they serviced them daily, but had a stale smell when you walked in. Turning on the HVAC in the room resolved that, but the hallway still smell to them, I think the carpet held the smell and needed freshened up. Overall was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area again. "
