"The staff was pleasant at check-in and the breakfast spread was amazing. What I did not like was the non response to the no less than 7 calls to the front desk about a noise issue that lasted for hours above our room. It sounded like people jumping off of beds and we even reported hearing screaming. I really did not appreciate being ignored"

"This was such an amazing find just a few blocks walking distance from downtown Eugene: easy onsite parking, ground meticulously maintained, staff went above/beyond in all ways, beautiful time-period room, complimentary wine each evening and the breakfast offered was gourmet level! Cannot say enough positive comments about Campbell House Inn & already looking forward to our next stay."

"The place was absolutely perfect! I loved the décor—it was stylish and thoughtfully done—and everything was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better, and I would definitely love to come back. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding a full-length mirror—it would be helpful when getting ready. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Simple, clean motel with comfy beds and pillow that's very close to UO. It's not fancy but, if you want someplace to rest well and take a good shower (strong water pressure!) at a good rate, this is it. And the staff was really friendly! "

"Everyone was friendly & accommodating, from reception to the housekeeping staff. Hotel super clean and comfortable. Very convenient area - great location for attending the Hult Center/downtown plus a walking trail just across the street. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or gym but both were clean, as were the lobby restrooms. Will stay again! "

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Check-in was a breeze. My room was very spacious, a super comfortable bed, lots of pillows, coffee, mini-fridge, and microwave. Each room has a small deck with a little table and a couple of chairs. The pool area was very clean. I had delicious sliders and an old-fashioned in the bar for dinner. The breakfast room was large and had lots of options. I would love to have spent more time here but needed to get an early start. (I would love to post pix,...
