"The owners are very nice and try to please but has gone down a lot since I was there 3 years ago. Rooms have basically what you need and is centrally located but the wooden tables outside are splintered and not really where you’d want to sit. "I don’t liked thia hotel! The hotel is very dirty and old, with a horrible smell of cigarettes throughout the entire hotel, and the dirt on the carpet is clearly visible! The location is excellent, but I don't recommend it; for the price charged, it leaves much to be desired! There's no hairdryer in the room, the bed linens are old, and the towels are awful. No breakfast, no coffee in reception"

"There were bugs in the bathroom. I killed and flushed them most of the night. I wasn't able to sleep because of this. The ceiling and wall in the bathroom had been spackled and not finished. The furniture set up was not conducive to more than one occupant. The toilet flushed fine and the air conditioning worked well. My husband and I checked out early and cancelled our additional night's stay due to the insects. I would not recommend the Scottish Inn Ronks, PA. "

"This hotel is in need of a lot for the price we paid on Expedia. We have now learned Expedia charges a higher price for a room than if you had walked in the front door and reserved it. We had a “kitchenette”, which included a refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop. No coffee pot, no coffee cups, no cups, no plates, no utensils, no cooking utensils.
