Super Clean 3 bdrm Home in Siesta Key with Boat Dock & Pool - Small Dogs Considered

Bring your Boat!! Large 3 bedroom home with boat dock. Power is provided by the dock and there is a full outside shower for your convenience.

The home has both a living room & family room/den. Beautiful, well stocked cook's kitchen. Large laundry room with additional refrigerator. Relax and enjoy the beautiful screened lanai with pool (pool not heated), BBQ grill, loungers & dining area with sink. The master bedroom has a new king bed, access to the screened lanai, and beautiful ensuite master bathroom with jetted tub & large separate shower. One guest bedroom has queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The home also has an office, which comes in handy if you bring your work with you.

This is one of the nicest homes and prettiest lots on Grand Canal in Siesta Key. Great location, short drive to the beach and Siesta Key Village, and easy access on and off the island.

Small dogs will be considered with a $200 non-refundable pet fee but we must be notified before your reservation can be confirmed. The pet fee will not be reflected in the online price quote, but will be added to your total prior to finalizing your reservation.

RENTAL POLICY: A one month minimum is required January - April and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking. 2 week minimum May - December and it must be 2 weeks in the same month.

Absolutely beautiful. Lots of space, quite neighborhood. Loved the canal out back of the home we actually got to see dolphins come up and down the canal. Neighbors are very friendly.

I rented this property for 9 weeks. The first 6 weeks went well with groups of 2 guests staying at various times. However, after that due to the pandemic, no other guests were able to come and i self isolated at the house until having to leave 3 days early due to the pandemic. I would hope to at least receive a 3 day refund or credit due to these events
