This apt. can accommodate up to 3 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking. Vans, Large SUVs, Pick-up trucks or any other large vehicle will NOT fit and are not approved.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

This quick stay for us. is in the very busy area. Basic Stay, no pooi, or Hot tub, just a great stay if you would like to be on the main are for the bars and food. 1 1/2 block from the beach! Check in was easy as well as check out. very Clean and thoughtful for towels, soap, etc.

The apt is in a convenient location to enjoy Ocean Drive and all the restaurants, bars and beaches of Siesta Key! We were there to play in the drum circle (a must attend event each Sunday) and the trolley stop is in front of the apt. The host and management company were extremely responsive to all communications as well!

This was our second time staying here, and honestly the location is so great it makes me not want to try anywhere else. The price is fair, and I noticed a few nice upgrades since last year like brand-new towels and nicer beach chairs. They do need a new umbrella as the one provided was broken, but I spoke with them and they assured me it would be replaced for the next guest, which I really appreciated. One big win for me was the addition of a full-length mirror (something I had noted last year) so it’s clear they read reviews and make improvements. I’ve always loved the thoughtful touches like having both a rolling cooler and a soft-sided one available, which makes beach days so much easier. They have a toaster and different pitchers and thermoses too which is nice. That said, there are still a few areas that could use some upgrades. The bed is very loud. I wake myself up just turning over and could really benefit from being replaced. The shower only gets warm (never truly hot), which after a long beach day would be amazing. I’d also love to see some fans added, as the A/C is loud and doesn’t quite keep the place as cool as I’d like for sleeping. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would also make mornings more restful, and a few extra hooks by the door for towels and beach gear would be a simple but helpful addition.Overall, it’s a wonderful spot with a great location, thoughtful amenities, and clear improvements year over year!

Great Location

We had a great stay over July 4th! Perfect walkable location in Siesta Village. As the listing notes there is live music next door at SKOB, but they do promptly end at 11. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were the best touch.

Super convenient & perfect for our stay!

Loved being in the heart of Siesta Key. Easy walk to the beach and right by all of the bars, restaurants, etc. Made our vacation so much smoother not having to drive anywhere and worry about parking!

Location, location, location! This place is right in the thick of the fun. Restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, all steps away from the place. Little noisy from traffic, people walking by and live music playing. Beach is close more like 3-4 blocks away. But very easy walk. Asked for late check out and immediately was told there would be an extra charge of $100 and they wouldn’t know until that day. So of course I said, no thank you!

Wonderful unit and location!!

My husband and I stayed the weekend in suite 1 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The suite is decorated nicely with light colors and an ocean vibe. You do not need a vehicle for this cute little village. Parking is tight as the property description states. The beach is not a far walk whatsoever and there are delicious restaurants and ice cream/fudge parlors close to the property as well. Try SKOB oyster bar next door (we ate there twice during our 2-night stay). And, the Bonjour French Cafe is also delicious. We would absolutely return to this Property again. Thank you!

Overall, it was a great stay. The location was perfect, and an added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella provided. Our only complaint would be the AC unit—it’s extremely loud when it kicks on.

Adorable

This was a very nice property in the heart of siesta key. Perfect for our long weekend. Only complaint was the noise from the air conditioner kicking on but wasn’t enough to not give this place anything less than a 5 star rating. The communication and cleanliness of the property was amazing

As Close to Perfect as Possible

If you are looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Village and close to the beach, you should go ahead and book your stay here. Once we parked in our spot, our car did not move until we left Siesta Key. The living area has a pullout sofa, so three people can easily be accommodated. Everything was super clean. Siesta Key Oyster Bar is within steps. The beach is only a 6-8 minute walk. If given the chance, we will definitely be back.

Perfect weekend away!

We loved this apartment! Right in the middle of Siesta Key Village and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Clean, updated, and well maintained with beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

LOVE the proximity to EVERYTHING! One thing to improve would be to allow later checkout or to have a place to store luggage for a few hours on checkout day for those with later flights home. Overall great stay and would stay again!
