“GEM” at Barefoot Bungalows is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished villa just minute walk to the beach! This 1945 Triplex beach cottage offers the comforts of home with the location of a beach getaway. “Gem” is located on the second floor with stairs to the unit. Gem has a large balcony with exterior table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed with glass sliding doors to balcony and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. This this two bedroom villa can sleep 4 . There is a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a kitchen bar with 3 stools. Flat Screen TV, Wifi and large shower/tub bathroom. The full kitchen is stocked with appliances, and dishware for 6 guests. The full kitchen includes a standard fridge, full stove/oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and cooking utensils for 6. No dishwasher in GEM. Dishware / cooking pots/pans provided for the days you plan to dine in. Simple and beachy theme with all the basic comforts of home. All linens provided along with plush towels plus extra, as needed, by request. Welcome toiletries to include paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish liquid, sponge, kitchen towel, trash liners, and lotion. Clean and Comfy. Lots of lil amenities added.

There are stairs to the unit in the back of complex and its the entire second floor. No car needed as Beach Access #3 located to the right and beach access #2 located to left (both just few steps away). For your beach needs, 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels will be provided. Spend a week or reserve a month and you won’t be disappointed. Park BBQ grill added to the complex and each unit has exterior seating. Complex does have a courtesy washer/dryer located on the first level by walkway at no charge for easy use for all guests. Keyless entry and concierge service to handle most requests. Parking spot is marked and one vehicle per unit. (2 small cars if tandem parked is allowed) Pictures updated July 2024. Siesta Key Village is walking distance 2 blocks from the door. Keyless entry and virtual check in available. Weekly or Monthly discounts may apply on VRBO

Recently added 10 foot privacy wall to extend more privacy and quiet throughout the property. We are snuggled between newer buildings and yet extremely close to the beach for the value price per night. Full 2 bedroom 1 bath home great for 14 night stays or longer during off season.

This 1945 Triplex - Barefoot Bungalows offers a such great value with a location so close to the beach. Walk to the Village and to the beach and no car is needed for short 3-5 day trips.

Washer / Dryer located on first floor for complex and no charge for guest.

Beach chairs, Beach Wagon, Umbrella, Beach Towels and even few beach toys for the kiddos to enjoy!

Proximity to the beach (1-2 mins walk), to shops, restaurants & bars in the village (5 mins walk), and the thoughtful amenities provided by the host to enjoy a beach vacation (cart, beach chairs, towels) made this the perfect place for my family and I. Would love to return!

We absolutely loved the location. A one minute walk to the beach and five minute walk to town. The condo was completely stocked with beach accessories, towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon. We had a perfect stay.

Convenient for visiting my son who lives 14 miles away. Fun get away with my sister in law. Great location. Walking distance to the village. Walking distance to the beach. Towels, beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Everything you would need for a short stay. Beds and furniture comfy! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful day at Lisa‘s place in Siesta Key. The location was fantastic. Very short, walk to the beach and to the village. Lisa was very attentive to our needs and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed this rental so much. The location was perfect, the air conditioning was so cold, and the bed was very comfortable! The host provides beach essentials (i.e. towels, chairs, coolers, wagon), all you need to bring is the sunscreen. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Siesta Key. You won't regret it!

Nice bungalow

We have stayed here multiple times. Its location and price cannot be beat. It is surrounded by newer and much taller buildings, but the walk to the beach is less than a few minutes. Its not fancy but great for a small family.

The GEM

We stayed for a long weekend at the gem property. We absolutely loved our stay! The village with many food options were within walking distance and the beach was just as close as they said. Perfect Location!!! Some of our favorite restaurants were the daiquiri deck for half price daiquiris 3-7 every day. Gillian’s island bar and grill, the hub Baja grill were also good options! Must go get doughnuts at meaneys mini doughnuts!! We also rented a golf card from robinhood rentals which was walking distance from the gem. Overall our trip was wonderful and the host was exceptional. The best part was all of the beach towels, coolers, chairs and wagons that was provided to use at the beach! We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect Place!

This property is exactly what you want for a Siesta Key rental. It is between the village and the beach with a very short walk to everything. The property comes with all the stuff needed for the beach and, having stayed at other places where none of that was provided made me really appreciate the chairs, wagon, umbrella and cooler. The unit is very comfortable and clean. Lisa took care of all our needs and I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot on SK

Another wonderful stay! Best value on the key! Yes it’s an older building BUT you won’t find a better deal for the location! And most importantly, it’s very clean and Lisa is extremely responsive and delightful to work with. The beds are cozy and you will find all the little necessities of home in the bath and kitchen. High Quality beach chairs and towels. You will not need a car and can walk in seconds to beach and just a block to the Village for eating drinking and shopping, including grocery. The Key is sadly filling up with million dollar high rises at every turn, but this lil bungalow gives the OG beach lifestyle that put SK on the map years ago. We look forward to staying again.
