Condo was very clean. The property was very nice. Beach is amazing, both pools were very nice, parking was easy. The unit was very sparse. Could have used extra bath towels, bed pillows, plates. Only communication with the manager was the auto generated message, they did not respond to the only question we asked.

Yes Adam was very welcoming he kept us informed great communication. Very clean. We have been staying at the Palm Bay club for 27 years, we only really missed during Covid. Glad to be back at this beautiful excellent grounds and upkeep of property. If I could give Adam #339 8 stars I would. Thank you!

Very Nice

I’ve stayed here two years in a row now and it is the perfect place to stay. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and the owner supplies you with a large cart to carry all your beach necessities which is incredibly handy. There are many other things the owner provides you with as well which makes the stay even more convenient, like cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Overall, it’s great and I would recommend it.

The condo was very clean and the beds and furniture were very nice. Owner was very easy to work with.The only thing I think this condo needs are a few extra blankets and maybe an area rug for the living room and rugs in the BR

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We could walk right out the back, and the pool was less than 100 yards away. It was quiet and serene. The walk to the beach was very manageable, can't beat the location. Also, with two young kids, there was a pack n play and booster seat in the rental that was available. I had secured baby rentals from ABC which is also a great company. We cannot wait to return!

Palm Bay family weekend

The property was very nice and clean. The communication was excellent. The location is great. We are happy we stayed at the property. The only thing our family would have liked was the ability to lower the AC unit past the point the thermostat allowed us to at night. The air cools and it's great in the family room and dining area but the two rooms do not cool the same and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also we had to leave the property to go buy some extra pillows, so I would probably keep a few extra in the closet for guests

family get away

Wonderful stay with access to the pool and hot tub along with beautiful sunrise views from the bayside. Quick and easy access to the gulf side private beach. The guys that operate the umbrellas, chairs and cabanas are great and very helpful. Overall a fantastic stay.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. There is a Keurig so if you want coffee be sure to bring your own k cups. The unit could have used some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and swimsuits. The location is great…just a 5 min walk to the beach.

Dec getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front of property. Also enjoyed free parking. Adam accommodated an early check in and late check out. Overall would return again. Great area, great unit and host!

Extremely small dirty spaces and Adam was not helpful

I book vrbo’s often, monthly in fact, and this is the worst by far. I like to stay Nice. It stated upgraded. While some of it was, the most important part to me which is the bathroom was not. It’s a very small unit, much smaller than expected for the price. We arrived within a week after the hurricane and was told things were open and it was still fine to come from over 2000 miles away. First, Upon arrival, we were told the beach was closed. Then, We drove to the area with restaurants and shops and few were open. The stinch as soon as we opened the door was unbearable. There were bugs everywhere, I have pictures of proof. I contacted Adam and asked for a refund that the place was uninhabitable and he said sorry, nothing he could do. We tried. We drove 30 miles in both directions and the beaches were closed. After a miserable day of unbearable conditions in and outside of the condo we were exhausted. Slept one night in our clothes on top of the bed. Did not shower. Did not use the kitchen. Left the condo spotless, as I cleaned up the bugs and discarded them and asked for a refund minus the one nights stay and again was told no. We left and drove to Orlando, where I had to pay for a hotel, so basically paid twice for the extended weekend vacation. I do NOT recommend this particular unit, as I have actually stayed in other units at this property and do NOT recommend renting from Adam. Zero compassion.

Honeymoon Fun!

I have stayed at The Palm Bay Club before and was so excited to bring my husband for our honeymoon. As always, it exceeded expectations! Staff were friendly, the unit was clean and provided needed amenities, and the bayside hot tub was an excellent windy evening feature. Would for sure book again!

Great place to stay

This unit is clean, updated and just like the pictures. It is very close to the smaller bayside pool. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig coffee machine, toaster and a blender. You will need to get your own k cups, salt, pepper, sugar etc however since none of that is provided. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but there are chairs, cooler and wagon provided. The laundry is close by and you will need to download an app to use it if you stay a while because there is one set of towels provided per guest. The host is very responsive to questions and this was a wonderful stay. Don’t think twice about booking this place.

Adam was great and responsive to our requests. Adam made our stay enjoyable. The property is as advertised. Our place was clean and exactly what we needed. One suggestion will be to adjust the room temperature in bedrooms equivalent to the thermostat program.
