Newly Renovated Large 4BR w/ Pool - Walk to Gated beach

Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a pool. This is a four bedroom and two bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated section of the Siesta Key beach that only residents on this street have access too.

The house was completely updated and has all new furniture, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The pool area was just upgraded with new pool/deck furniture.

Amenities Included:
- Private pool for guests only at our quadplex
- Key fobs to the gated beach only a short walk to the beach
- New sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, etc.
- Soap and shampoo
- Roku TV, able to login to all of your different streaming services
- Netflix subscription included at the house
- Beach chairs and toys
- Super fast internet/wifi
- Washer and dryer
- Full size kitchen with all the essentials and a Keurig machine
- Gas powered grill
- Lots of outdoor seating by pool and patio

This property sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed and two XL singles (as long as a queen, easier for adults to fit in) in the bedroom next to the master. In the two bedrooms by the front door there are two XL singles in the one and a full size bed in the other. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed.

Great entertaining place with lots of space! Great for family's, large groups of friends, company trips, or whatever it may be where you need a lot of space and beds. The open floor plan lets you really enjoy the whole space. The large living room has lots of seating with our brand new furniture. There is lots of natural lighting shining into the open floor plan through the large glass doors that overlook the pool.

Property Rules:
- No parties are allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- As a disclosure there are security cameras located on the outside of the property. They are there for your security. They are only on the outside of the property.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment.
- You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit.
- You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager.
- No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

Beautiful space, super close to the ocean. Was perfect for my group - was celebrating my bachelorette and had everything we needed. Steve was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Bachelorette quiet stay

My party came down to siesta keys for the 1st time. We loved staying at this place the convient of the beach access is down the road. We got 4 bedroom unit and impressed how spacious and clean it was. The cleaning lady was very helpful bringing our groceries inside that we made a delivery upon arriving. Steve was wonderful to deal with and responded to our needs fast. We would come back .

Perfect Beach Location

Great location near beautiful Siesta Key Beach! Second time staying at this location. Family mostly eats in and the kitchen was definitely a little shy on cooking amentities, but I think that was mostly due to post hurricane recovery. I don't remember this being the case the first time we stayed in 2023. Also has a very nice, well kept pool when you've had a little too much of the beach.

Great location!

We had a great time in Siesta Key! This house is in a great location and well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas! It slept all of us well! We had a small hiccup while we were there and the owner was very prompt and took care of it right away!

Construction

Construction on road outside condo very annoying and loud. Would have expected a warning? Outside Area looks much larger on vrbo. Light in master bedroom near bed needs attention (switch) Master bedroom wonderful but bed in first room not so comfy. Beach access great. Could use some medium size bowls in kitchen and a sweeper for floor(ha) . We made best of rain and cold weather early in week and enjoyed sun ! and we do love Siesta Key!

Wonderful Place

We had a group of 9 people staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Super clean and host was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Short walk to the beach and there were chairs and wagons for us to take. Nice pool and outdoor hang out spot. Had to drive to the village, but it was worth it! I would totally stay agin!

Family get together with kids and grand kids

My 1st time at a VRBO. It was excellent. I loved that we had 3 parking spots. Pool small, but ok. Very clean. We loved having the grill outside. Approximately a 2 block walk to the ocean. I wish the lawn chairs would have been specific to the unit because they were hard to get. I wish there would have been a crock pot. I found 2 glasses cracked so I pitched. I would have liked some plastic kids cups. Thankful for dishwasher soap and clothes washing soap amd machines. Expensive, but worth it. They had just the right number of beds and kind of beds for our group. Thank you so much for the nice accomodations. We tried to be good guests!!

Wonderful family vacation

We had two families with 5 kids total (age range 1-8) stay here. The living area was spacious enough to accommodate our group. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows. The pool was the perfect size for our children. The multiple tables and sitting spaces outside were great to have, especially the ones with umbrellas. The ceiling fan on the porch directly outside the house was amazing for ensuring a breeze and helping keep the mosquitos away. The house stayed cool during the day and night. The house was clean and well-stocked. The check in and checkout processes were simple. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great vacation

Just returned from a great week with family. Wonderful location, close to private beach and village. Everything provided, kitchen was complete with all you could need. Pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, carts to bring it all to beach. We bought family, ten of us. Plenty of room. Process was smooth to check in and out. Recommend highly.

Amazing location

We used this property as a girls get away. There were 6 of us and we fit nicely in the 4 bedrooms. Short walk to a magnificent beach. Trolly into town was fun exploring the shops and dinner at one of the restaurants. The pool was the perfect size for a small group. Private patio was ground 0 for cards and conversation. However it fell short of basic supplies to last the stay for 6 woman. Had to make a supply run to include TP and PT. The home was not as clean as we expected. Much sand left unswepped on the floor, hair in the shower drains and bathroom floors. And please fix the refrigerator door!!! Swings open and slams against the cabinets!. Also suggestion to leave information (a book or folder) about how the gate to the beach works (where to go/where to find the key fob for access), the chairs at the entrance of the beach...can guests use them. The trolly, how does it work, what time does it run ..... would be most helpful.

Steps from glorious Siesta beach!

We had a great spring break trip with 3 generations of our family. Loved our spacious unit! In addition to the beach, we enjoyed our little pool that was just out the back door. Great communication with the owner. The only drawback was our location in relation to the two villages..we weren’t within walking distance to either. We tried to connect with the feee shuttle but were not successful. Parking in Crescent beach village is nigh impossible unless you want to spend lots of $$$. We ended up parking at a closer unit where family was also staying and walking from there.

Great location for beach time!

We had a great time! This was my first visit to Siesta Key and now I am spoiled by all this property had to offer! Large enough for my family and 4 friends, great pool and patio area at the property, and just a short walk to the private beach!! Wonderful! I would highly recommend this property!

Great time, great house, great beach!

Relaxing, quiet neighborhood with direct access to private white sand beach, right down the street. The pool is shared with 3 other units, but my family got to enjoy it all to ourselves for the duration of our trip. Property manager was responsive. We had a great time in this wonderful home.

Golf Tip

Second year staying here with a large group getting together for golf and good food. Also enjoyed the easy nearby beach access. Would definitely stay here again.
