ATTENTION!! There is a STRICT RULE of NO SMOKING (this includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping & any controlled substances (including marijuana) INSIDE & OUTSIDE. Any evidence of smoking on the property, there will be a minimum $500 fee charged.

We provide for your full stay:
* beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas & beach wagon
* bed linens, hand and bath towels
* 1 roll of paper towels and 2 mega rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
* dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & body wash

There are 2 exterior security cameras that only records when someone enters the property from the driveaway & side of the home that runs along the street. Used to primarily protect the property when guests are not staying in the home, & to monitor weather situations.

Thank you for an INCREDIBLE stay! The house was absolutely stunning - incredible views of the sunset setting over the ocean was the highlight of our trip. Everything was clean upon arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. Despite the cold front during our stay, Tammy ensured the pool was heated and tidy. Looking forward to visiting again - the perfect property to enjoy Siesta Key!!

Our party of 6 adults had a wonderful experience at this house. Everything about the property is top-notch, and the communication with owner Tammy was excellent. The semi-private beach to which we had access is about as beautiful as any we have seen in the Bahamas, Aruba or Bermuda! Other random notes/thoughts:1) loved that all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were labeled along with all electrical switches throughout the house. Very helpful!2) there are very detailed instructions for such things as the elevator (for 2nd floor renters), door locks, trash/recycling, access to the beach, etc. Renters should be sure to read them all to avoid issues 3) the house may be technically across the street from the beach block, but if you look at the satellite images provided you will note it is quite a walk from the door of the house to the actual ocean (it's a big beach!)...be warned if you have people with you who have difficulty with long walks. The beach cart provided is certainly helpful, along with the chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Girls Trip!

A much needed girls trip and this beautiful home had everything we needed! The trolley pickup was right in front of the house and made everything super convenient. Plenty of bedrooms for each of us to have our own space and large common areas to gather. Great stay!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at the Modern Beach home. Our family was a large group; 9 adults and 2 little ones ages 9months and 3yrs old and the home fit us all perfectly. It’s a gorgeous home. Prior to arriving Tammy and I discussed the best arrangements for my son, daughter-in-law and 2 children and spent the following days getting it setup. Tammy and her husband are attentive, responsive and gracious hosts!! We all had such a fabulous time and will definitely be back again to this piece of paradise

House is beautiful. Kitchen has everything you could need. Outside grill is very clean. Pool area is nice. We had 2 families totaling 9 people. Had to contact Tammy within 15 minutes of arrival because my daughter dropped her phone down the tiniest of gaps between elevator and elevator shaft. Tammy had her husband stop by and retrieve phone within maybe 30 minutes (very responsive). Outside of that, vacation was a success. We would recommend and rebook without hesitation.

Siesta key family vacation 2/24

Our second year at this lovely home for our family with grandma and grandpa, four grandchildren and two daughters and sons-in-law. A perfect size for our family and we love the privacy of the lower level for the grandparents. The house is very well appointed and immaculate. Beach access is a real plus as are the chairs, wagons, and beach toys available at the house for the beach and the pool. Pool heater worked well in a colder than average week. Frog hopper and siesta key trolley work very well for a trip to the village. Owner is always responsive.

We’ve been coming to SK for several years and so far this is the best place we’ve rented. First off the location couldn’t have been better. 5 minute straight walk to the quiet part of the beach. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was so well appointed … I was prepared but wouldn’t have had to bring much of what I did. They provided a high chair and pack n play which was great. Also it had every beach and pool toy you will need. And the 5th bedroom mini apartment was perfect for our newlywed son and his wife… to get a break from the noisy neices and nephews. Would highly recommend this place!
