"We had very friendly and helpful staff, place was nice and rooms were okay…lighting in room was dark but nothing to complain about just noting! Stayed for a high school graduation and had several of us in town…was a nice met up place!"

"Location is convenient to Downtown Yuma (my area of visiting). The staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms. It is a new location so I would expect it to be clean. Bummer - No pool:/ but for the rate it served me well. There is a grab n go breakfast in the morning, it was sufficient, coffee, tea, packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal. I do wish they would have had some fresh fruit/bananas oranges. Great value and location + friendly staff are a win-win!"
