"Breakfast wasn’t the best, Shower heads and shower tiles at rooms need a deep cleaning. "

"The room was nice and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. I was traveling with my 2 children so there was enough room for us. I especially liked that the body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap and body lotion were in cases that didn't need to be moved in the bathroom. The breakfast was also great. I was impressed by the variety of food. There are several shops and restaurants around and on Highway 6. Overall, pretty neat place to stay."

"My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation."

"The blankets and towels were ver scratchy. Did not use maid service. Breakfast was not included did not eat at hotel. Police were called first night by property to deal with a guest. Pretty safe, property conveniently located to NASA. "

"Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. "

"It smelled bad, the staff were very distant, and for some reason our checkout was at 11:00 a.m. and someone from the staff came to knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. to ask why we were leaving, very bad taste."

"I cant understand; why no hangers? Why no amenity in the room to put your stuff , drawers etc. When i arrive my bathroom faucet is not working. I asked the front desk and the young man told me “you di t k ow how to use it, its working” I need to accompany him to my room and he convinced finally. Why so mych hassle instead of saying “I am sorry, we will fix it until your return and if not than we will give you another room”, etc I needed to visit the front desk every night as my key was not...
