"I have faced many problems. I have booked the room for 2 queen bed but instead they gave us king size bed room. I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel."

"We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean the staff was professional and the continental breakfast was actually really good. The environment was just really peaceful and the view is nice. It's a great place to work out even outside because of the water and the walking trail. The lady employee who served the continental breakfast area was amazing and very accommodating. She stood out to me as I watched her help other people so graciously. "Definitely would not recommend staying here. Staff was extremely rude. Stayed here for 3 nights not once was our room cleaned. We were also told that we had to bring the dirty towels ourselves to the lobby in exchange for new towels… then what’s the point of having house keeping? To top it off, there was NO bathroom door… and they wouldn’t give a different room or give a discount/any accommodation. Worst stay ever."
