You get what you pay for. Close to airport.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. There were outlets that was dislodged from the wall and some visible damage on walls. Finally, there isn't much to do around this area. You need to drive out at least 30 minutes to find a city center or mall. Of course, the price here is good, so you end up getting what you pay for.

エクスペディアからホテルに誤った旅程番号が通知されていた。 名前で確認を要望したがないという。エクスペディアに連絡をとり、同社がホテルに確認をとると予約名で探しておらず、誤りもしなかった。部屋の位置の案内なし、ロビーは電気をつけず、字も読めない。レストランは閉鎖している。何時に利用可能なのかの説明もない。部屋には施設案内なし。ベッドのスプリングは最低。バスルームは汚れていてお湯が少ししかでない、クローゼットの棚は拭いた形跡なし。電灯は補助、べッサイドランプなし。電気ポットはこわれていた。部屋ではWi-Fi使えず。ロビーでもスピードがでず。およそサービス向上を考えているとは思えない。

Room was ok , Ants and cockroaches were there ..Hotel management should be take care of such things . Price is cheap very near to Airport and they provide free shuttle service .

Pros and Contras of Hotel Sinar 1

I have pros and contras in regards of this hotel. Pros: - Overall service and cleanliness are good - Beverages service in room is adequate - Meal price is reasonable - Free shuttle service from/ to airport Contras: - Hotel is full of smoking people - During some hours it was so noisy (kids were screaming outside when playing around), the hotel guards should tell them to behave as this disturb the guests - I booked reservation through Hotels.com and fully paid but the receptionist initially didn't approve it as asked me to pay again. Only when I insisted that I've paid and showed them my approval email that they let me through. They should be more in-line with Hotels.com

Recently renovted. Room ok. what annoy me is there is water boiler direct on top my room. the bubble sound keep me awake. finally they agree to change room.

Very reasonable for short stay

Comfortable and convenient hotel. WIFI is only in the restaurant and not the room but that was ok so I spent a lot of time there

Relatively close to airport and inexpensive

Clean, inexpensive, functional hotel relatively close to airport and not much more. Good for overnight stay in between flights from SUB airport. Cheap food in restaurant (breakfast was included). Very little English spoken by staff but they were friendly and as helpful as possible. They held a suitcase for us for 2 weeks in between stays. We paid for taxis to the hotel but they provided free shuttle service to the airport.

Ideal for a transit stay

Take a deluxe room, as they were renovated (not like the old ones they show on their website). Materials used for renovation were obviously of low quality, but they had a good sense of design. Overall: Cozy, clean, better than expected for that price ! Breakfast was good (Europeans would rather call it lunch: local fried rice, noodle, egg station) Airport transfer was free and less than 5 minutes.

Redelijk transit hotel

Dit hotel is vooral geschikt als een transit hotel, voor een nachtje om de volgende dag verder op doorreis te gaan. Het is gelegen 5 a 10 min van de luchthaven per auto. Gratis transport van en naar de luchthaven kun je op voorhand bij de receptie reserveren. Lokale ontbijtbuffet..voldoende genoeg.
