"Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby. Da wir in der Nacht angekommen sind, haben wir ein Zimmer in der fünften Etage bekommen. Bei der Ankunft haben sie uns gesagt, dass sie keine Aufzüge haben. Das haben wir natürlich am nächsten Morgen andere Rezeption weitergegeben, dass es nicht möglich ist jedes Mal mit einem Baby hoch zu laufen. "When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. "This "place", neither a hotel nor an apartment, didn't leave for me anything to mention in good words other than its location!
